“Free revision if needed” sounds simple until you ask what the word free modifies. The surgeon may waive a professional fee while the patient still pays the operating room, anesthesia, devices, medication, lodging and airfare. Or the clinic may cover revisions only for narrowly defined complications within a specific period. These are contract questions, not reasons to assume the worst. They just need to be answered before the original surgery.

What can change the operative plan
These variables are why a package quote based on a few photos should be treated as preliminary. A formal consultation may narrow, expand or change the plan once the surgeon examines tissue quality, asymmetry, prior scars and medical history. Keep the decision reversible for as long as possible. The closer a payment, flight or package locks you into one surgeon, date or facility, the more important it is that the underlying medical and contractual details are already clear.
Make the quote comparable line by line
Ask for enough detail that two clinics can be compared without guessing. “All inclusive” is not a line item. If one proposal includes anesthesia, facility, garments and follow-up while another excludes them, the headline total does not tell you which plan is actually less expensive.
